We offer a full service to our clients to make the purchase and acquisition of Lumiline replacement bulbs as easy as possible for you. As a result we personally ensure all bulbs leave our premises ready to fit in to your home, and your lives, as soon as you receive them.

All of this is designed as part of a package to make life as easy as possible for you, our clients.

Shipping is FREE inside of USA. If ship to Canada it is calculated by weight. If you are outside of Canada and USA, please contact directly for order and shipping options.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lumiline Lives.

If you are not entirely 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Generally an exchange for a more suitable bulb can work out. There are many more models in LED than the original bulbs offered. We can advise personally. For example, if the bulb you are replacing is covered or not directly visible you might want a CLEAR bulb. That will bring more light to the target. Or you might like the look of the original Incandescent Filament, then buy or exchange for the RETRO Filament LED. We will give 100% credit against a more costly exchange.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item does NOT need to have the receipt or proof of purchase, the purchases are tracked in our computer.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
